Earlier this month, North Korean leader Kim Jong-il died of a heart attack at the age of 69. Monday on RadioWest, we're rebroadcasting our conversation about the behavior of North Korea. Doug Fabrizio has been reporting for KUER News since 1987, and became News Director in 1993.
