This week, we're asking you to capture a moment of motion on video and post it online with the hashtag #CreativeUtah. Don't overthink it - this could be as short as a 6 second Vine.
We sat down with filmmakers Travis Pitcher and Joseph LeBaron of the Salt Lake-based documentary film group called The Good Line. The shared with us how an image can inspire them, why paying attention is so important, and why there's no excuse for just going out and making your film.
We asked VideoWest producer Josh Weathers to make a sample to get you going as well. We're also sharing the moment from the short film High Line Slack Line that Joseph LeBaron refers to in the podcast.
