Take a breath. Like, right now. Did you use your nose or your mouth? Turns out, that matters.

Journalist and author James Nestor is our guest this Friday at 11 a.m. His book is Breath: The New Science of a Lost Art and he wants to help us breathe better. Specifically, he wants us to breathe through our noses more. Sleep apnea, fatigue, clogged sinuses — many times, these issues arise because too often, we're breathing through our mouths.
