Wednesday, we’re talking about Senator Orrin Hatch’s decision to retire after more than 40 years in office. We’ll explore his career, his legacy, and ask who may run in his place.

Wednesday, we’re talking about Utah’s senior senator Orrin Hatch, who just announced his retirement. January 3rd is actually his 41st anniversary in the Senate, making him the longest-serving Republican. Hatch was getting pressure from two different sides. Apparently, the President wanted him to run again. Utahns though, according to a survey, thought it was time to call it a day. So we’ll talk about his decision, his legacy, and who may run in his place.
