After weeks of trying to put gay marriage on ice, the Supreme Court granted the State of Utah’s wish Monday. It’s clear the war over who should be allowed to marry in Utah is far from over. On Tuesday, we’ll examine the arguments from both sides of this divisive legal conflict, and consider how the case will play out in the courts in the many months to come. We’ll also explore how Utah – one of the reddest states in the country – became a battleground for marriage equality.
