Due in large part to her daily press briefings, Dr. Angela Dunn has emerged as the face of Utah’s efforts to manage the coronavirus pandemic in the state. But until a few months ago, our state epidemiologist was largely unknown to the public.

This Friday at 11 a.m., we’ll talk with the 38-year-old physician and public health expert about what got her interested in public health, the work she’s done on the Ebola epidemic in West Africa and how her experiences there have carried over to her work in Utah during our current health crisis.
